"Great hotel with brilliant staff, however it is so far out of the city that it’s very hard to get cabs. One huge thing that really annoyed us was the fact the hotel refused to get us a cab, they would only sell you a package for a 4 hour round trip for 2.5k rupees, which isn’t what we wanted. We ended up getting an uber which was really difficult and played 250 rupees each way. It was a lot cheaper and gave us the freedom to roam ad we wanted. This really annoyed us and would be the single reason I won’t return to this hotel, apart from that they looked after us. All in all it’s a Nic hotel with a great rooftop pool and nice food, but if you want to see Jaipur stay somewhere closer. Hilton you need to prioritise your guests wants and not try and profiteer from your bad location, you could’ve made us felt looked after, instead we felt trapped and annoyed. "

The quality of service, housekeeping and catering is unrivalled and all provided with a genuinely wish to make sure you have the best stay possible. I was sceptical about the location of the hotel being outside the city centre but it was great to return to the calm of the hotel after a busy day of sight seeing in the city. A special mention for our driver Amit who helped our holiday start from the minute he picked us up from the airport with his professionalism, safery and tourist guide style commentary as we passed various sights on the way to the hotel."

"Immaculate rooms and property. Each room is beyond clean and comfortable, plus they are beautifully decorated. There patio area was perfect to enjoy coffee in the morning and watch monkeys play. The staff was attentive and helpful. Food was particularly fantastic and customized to our preferences. We would come back in a heartbeat and plan to! This is a must do in India!"
