This is the birthday celebration for my husband, and staff Emily from the Temple was so helpful by arranging a lava chocolate cake at night. Also, Long & Ngoc from the front office shows their passion to assist us during our stay. We would definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to Hoi An」

「They let you wait at lobby during chek out say need to check if you use mini bar and stuff. So we wait at lobby for at least 20-30 mins. Only when we ask the recletion lady she realize we were still waiting and say check out was completed. We expect at least you tell me then we don’t have to just wait there」
