“Very clean and modern looking hotel. It’s clear management cares about maintenance. And the staff was very professional and generous. They regularly asked if I wanted my room cleaned. Laundry service was also very quick and effortless. Overall quite impressed and would recommend to anyone staying in the Chau Doc area.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Victoria Châu Đốc Hotel. Everything came together beautifully: great location, excellent staff, delicious food, and a wonderful overall vibe. From the moment we arrived, we simply felt good being there.
Our room was comfortably sized, clean, and well maintained, with a lovely view of the water and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the river, which made our stay especially relaxing.
The restaurant is spacious, elegant, and well designed, and the staff……

“nothing to complain about. 3min walk to the hue nghia busstop for the bus to ho chi minh. at the busstation they were also very accomodating, asked them about the bus( you may need google translate) you pay for the ticket upon departure not in advance 👍”

“チェックインのときまず驚いたのは日本語を話せるスタッフがいらっしゃったこと。とてもよくしていただきました。行きたいところはありますか？などサポートを申し出ていただきました。結果として無料のレンタル自転車があったので ほぼそれで事足りました。Nui Sam山にも自転車で行きました。少し距離がありますが行けない距離ではないです。ランドリーも19時にランドリー屋が閉店のところ18:45に預けて滑り込んでいただいて翌日昼には仕上がってたので助かりました。
唯一マイナス点は、エアコンがすぐに効かない（東芝製）ことでした。暑い中から帰って涼みたいーとなってもすぐには冷えてくれませんでした。
総合的には満足度高い宿でした。”
