「常常來河內出差都會選擇老城區的住宿，出城交通雖然會比較塞。但對於辛苦工作回到飯店還要覓食，選在老城區是方便的。 飯店位置很好，附近有很多美食。 飯店裡的服務人員都很好，尤其是櫃檯的接待Jacob, 會說流利的英文外，笑容可掬，非常親切。 在這裡住了六天，早餐很棒、房間很乾淨～ 下次來會再住這裏」

「The hotel is beautiful. Everything looks like new. The roof bar is value for money. It's not easy to find a great view from the top of the building. Also, staffs are really helpful. They whatsapp me about the arrangement before the day I checked in, and offer help 24/7. Such a good team. 」

「Highly recommended accommodation in Hanoi. The friendly, warm and helpful staff could remember guest's name and needs, especially Lily (I bought a gift for her because very grateful to her). 「The hotel is in centre of old quarter, very crowded and busy traffic. You have to pay attention to the motorbikes and cars around in such narrow street. Night markets and many restaurants are nearby. (But not accessible during weekend nights when roads are blocked for pedestrian zones) The hotel room is smaller than expected, and not soundproof. Anyone passed by / speaking outside will easily wake you up. Yet, I should give credit to the hotel staff especially they are very kind and polite and...
