“SLICE OF PARADISE.This was an absolutely perfect stay at Villa Rising Sun. Mark and Sabrina are great hosts and a big shout out to Dean for his expert concierge services. All three of them would check in from time to time to make sure that we had everything we needed. The house is large, comfortable and very clean. The private tiki bar with a sound system was a great place to hang out. We loved being right on the beach and spent a lot of time in the gorgeous water. In the evening, it was fun to……

“Villa Shore is everything we had hoped for our stay and more. This home was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Ample space to hang out inside and out. Rooms and beds were comfortable and we loved sinking into the giant couch in the living room after a long day in the pool or out in excursions. The pool was perfect! We also really liked that it got shade later in the afternoon to give us a break from the sun when we needed it. Rick, the owner is amazing! He answered so many questions and set us……

“The worst part about this property was having to pack up and depart— seriously! Hands down, this was one of my favorite VRBO homes to date. There was no reason to leave home, with a fully equipped kitchen and beachfront access with. 20 yards. What more could you want ? ”

“Our family vacation of 8 adults and 9 children was fantastic. The pool was perfect for many volleyball games and enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards provided. We used chef Aaron for 5 of the 7 dinners and was outstanding. Ellen was there to help with anything including help organizing a special 50th anniversary party. Thanks to all for a memorable stay”

“Really enjoyed my stay at Areca House. I was there solo for a vacation; however, it would be fine too for a couple. Great location to the beach (just across the street), as well as close to restaurants (within walking distance). It was great to enjoy Garifuna places of interest (wonderful food, etc.). Doc responded quickly to my initial inquiries, and Janette provided a helpful introduction to the place after I arrived. Would recommend Areca House!”

“It’s was amazing !!! The 3 separate buildings, a private pool, cabana , outdoor Showers & soaker tub ….it was simply the best place we’ve ever stayed !! The wildlife during the day, and the night is just absolutely phenomenal! The stars are like something you’ve never seen before in your life if you’ve never been to a place that dark. “The House was Perfect for our Family. We used the Pool nonstop and my 2 grand daughter played in the sand. Unfortunately the sargassum was bad in the water but we knew to expect it. Shelley & Lesta were Awesome !!”

“This was our second time staying at this great property. As before, it never let us down. The house is amazing, the kitchen is of great design and wonderful for serving meals. We made stewed chicken, the national dish of Belize and everyone loved it. The pier is fantastic to hang out on and swim from and then there is the pool area for a relaxing time. It is close to Bocawina where we hiked through the rain forest one day and zip lined another. It is also close to Sub Umbra Floreo……
