“The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice.”

“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said……

“Warning: Valet parking is essentially your only parking option. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and clearly very new. However, some of the challenges that come with a newly opened property affected our stay. We stayed for nearly a week and did not receive housekeeping service a single time. I called multiple times, and while the front desk staff were polite and apologetic, the issue was never fully resolved. I was told I would receive points as compensation for the inconvenience, but I have not……

“I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!”

“Overall a decent hotel. The bathroom floor was not very clean but other than that it was clean. Morning breakfast is adequate but nothing special. Staff was friendly.”
