Nice getaway

Blue Mountain Getaway

The house is beautiful and well taken care of! The proximity to the Blue Mountain Resort and Georgian Bay made it the perfect vacation. For the kids, he community pool was the icing on the cake. Thank you!!

The property was fabulous ..rooms and beddings were supper clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice and clean . Beautiful and efficient laundry room and equipment . The kitchen space and the equipment was very sufficient and useful . My only suggestion is to add couple of more small and medium pots for cooking . The TV programs were great , just very slow in connecting to the internet , needs improvement . We enjoyed the back yard and the seating arrangement with bbq as well . Location of the property is amazing , close to the pool , grocery and the village . Over all it was an excellent experience and we highly recommend it . Vacasa help desk also made it very efficient with answering the questions on SMS in no time and with full details . Thank for making it a great stay and joyful experience for me and my family who came from abroad with a small baby .

The Visit

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was spacious. However when we arrived it was not as clean as I would have expected. Frig not clean. Crumbs in the cupboard and under the couch. In the bedroom it was dusty and again under the beds not clean. Windowsills had dead flies. In the master bath shower there was hair and mold. The cleaning staff need to be more diligent and not just surface clean. Afterall our bill shows two cleaning fees, not sure why. So I would expect the place to be sparkling. Otherwise location was great! Thxs, Cathy Fadyshen
