North creek Resort

The place was very nice and clean. Someone called us back quickly when we didnt know how to start the heater. But, my bed was hard like a rock. I could barely sleep. But, my friend at the same resort had a nice and comfortable bed. So I supposed that we can not please everyone.

So many things wrong with this place. No clear direction on how to find your condo as reception was closed and it took so long to get a hold of someone on the phone. The place smelled musty and the bed sheets had stains and pieces of hair. Overall the customer service was awful and I'd advise you to change the bed sheets because it's disgusting to see stains.

Perfect stay

Loved the ambiance and the cleanliness of the condo. I had a very comfortable stay. The only problem with the room was the refrigerator which had an issue during my stay. I hope that will be rectified by repairing/replacing the fridge unit. The customer service was awesome where they gave me a solution within no time. Big kudos to the team.

The condo was in a lovely area close to Blue Mountain Village and Collingwood. It was well equipped if you wanted to cook your own meals, with picnic tables outside and bbq grills if you wanted to grill and eat outside

Couples weekend

Lovely resort, beautiful view of the mountains with access to Trail for hiking. Minutes from Blue mountain and Village. The bed, pillows and all linens were high end and so comfortable. The condo has been updated nicely, and has everything you need, just wish the sliding door and balcony was in better shape to enjoy while it was rainy. One recommendation is a new mop for house-keeping, because of musty floor smell apon arrival that was in the closet. But Thank you for sharing on a great long weekend.

The unit was so clean and well appointed. We loved the location of the resort in relation to the village and the beach. Only downside was that our unit was in the backside of the building and we would have preferred one on the front of the building. We were unable to get the sliding door to the deck open, other than that everything was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, clean and basic room. Perfect for a couple and great location. Only complaint is the the property does have a few insects. A huge caterpillar was in the washroom and another bug crawled on me in the middle of the night. I would suggest increased pest control treatments. Otherwise, very comfy and we enjoyed our stay. I would return.

Overall great place

The condo was perfect for our week away. Close to the village and all amenities. There is a very limited selection of pots and pans but lots of plates and utensils. The bed is also extremely hard and uncomfortable. The condo was extremely clean and check-in was very easy.

Great location

This property was really close to Blue Mountain. Very convenient for bike riding the trails or heading to the beach. Unit is also right in front on bbq and picnic tables which was great. Only negative comments would be cleaning of the unit...wished it could have been a little cleaner. Duvet cover had stains on both sides ,(yuck!,)and the microwave was extremely dirty. During COVID, listing talks about more thorough cleaning but I highly doubt this is being done. Also, barely any dishwasher soap and needing a few more things in the kitchen such as baking pans ,(unit had none) and cutting board (,unit had none). Overall good value but need more effort on a thorough clean.
