「Kids hockey tournament which I understand is out of the hotels control, but we were woken up to kids pounding on the door and screaming in the hallway. The rooms are advertised as being soundproof and that’s not the case at all. “Free breakfast” but never specified the fact it’s just muffins, cereal and toast. Was pretty disappointed to wake up and not be able to eat a balanced breakfast after the cost I paid. Wouldn’t book again unless there was a promotional deal. Not worth the money. 」

「The bathtub had mold all around the caulking, however the rest of th room as clean. We did not eat any of the complementary breakfast as we went in and the restaurant was dirty... empty creamers and sugar pacakages next to the coffee machine, tables where all dirty and the cereal and other stuff was hidden so fare in the corner that you could not see it.」

「most of it was fine. The stains on the bedding did make for an uncomfortable sleep and stay. I do believe I did not receive my damage deposit back」
