"The view is amazing from the room. The room needs some upgrades. Paint was chipped in places. Pieces of the ceiling was falling off. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning. The pools was nice but also needs some upgrades. The lazy river is excellent."

"Amazing from start to finish. Ricardo, bellhop/valet was outstanding. Took our car, grabbed our luggage and delivered to the room. spoke with him daily and gave recommendations. upon leaving, he grabbed our car while we were in Starbucks and found us in there. Loaded our stuff while we got our coffee. Concierge helped us navigate. We were able to check in early. Massages were great. We did room service breakfast one morning, fabulous. AWESOME!"
