“Beautiful hotel, location and service”

“It is what you pay for but the location was amazing close to the pier and boardwalk and close to ocean for cheap hotel needs up keep but not horrible was clean no bugs”

“Everything excellent except for the mattress in the sofa bed. Was completely flat and my kids felt the springs poking their backs... they weren't able to replace it but added some padding to make it a little bit comfortable which we really appreciate from the sweet housekeeping lady. Carpets, washer and dryer were stinky... smelled like wet dog and pee. There was a dead roach in the little laundry closet. No sponge to wash the dishes. Not enough silverware. No bed linens for the sofa bed, we had……

“Great staff, but rooms need to be updated”

“The best part of our stay was definitely the amenities. The water slides were a lot of fun for our son, the pool area was enjoyable, and having direct access to the beach was a huge plus. Unfortunately, the hotel itself fell short of our expectations. Our balcony air conditioning unit leaked constantly, flooding the entire balcony throughout our stay. The staff did come out a couple of times to try to fix it, but the issue was never resolved. We were also disappointed that our room was never……
