"Dog barking for 4 days I was there. The walls are thin so if you have an argument with someone, the patrón next door is hearing you. I slept with the tv on to down it out. Yes I did call front desk about the dog several times"

"0/10 recommend. Someone entered my room in the middle of the night with a key card and while I was refunded for my stay, when I brought my concern to the staff, I was essentially told that didn’t happen. My back & forth emails with management also felt very dismissive as I was told “ “we do ask that future concerns be raised responsibly”- insinuating that I made a false report. I was awoken around 2AM to a knock on my door. Followed by a second knock. Then the beep from a key card being scanned, then heard the door handle open and saw the light from the hallway shining into my room. I was told security was making his rounds and found my door ajar. If my door was found ajar, we wouldn’t have heard a key card being scanned and heard the door being opened. I had children in my room who are now terrified to sleep in a hotel ever again. The valet staff were wonderful- but other than that- I would never stay at this establishment ever again. "

"I asked for ice a staff told me I needed to ask the “bar” downstairs for ice instead. "

"The staff was very helpful and easy to talk to. The room was a good size and a nice mattress to sleep on. Easy to check in&out. Great location for those going to see a concert or game in the stadium/arena."
