“This is an excellent place. Clean and very accommodating. Close to shops and restaurants yet quiet. Spacious rooms and wonderful private baths. Pleasant sitting rooms and friendly hosts. All of our needs were met even nice selection of beer,wine, snacks and merchandise. ”

“Easy check in. Be sure to stay on an upper floor or you’ll hear people above you walking (quite loudly) The back door was open the whole time so I wouldn’t recommend someone staying alone. ”

“I usually don’t leave 5 star reviews. My wife and I decided to take a day trip to the beach and booked a room at the Sand Dunes hotel. It was ocean front room, two queen beds, full sized fridge, microwave, balcony with two chairs. Stayed on the third floor. The only bad part was there was limited opportunity to wash feet before heading back in after walking on the beach. We found a hose near front of hotel. Other than that it was perfect. ”

“The experience was great! I wouldn't come back to this property due to the money spent wasn't really worth the oldness of the unit or lugguage carts. But the view was the best!!! ”

“The rooms were very clean. I just don’t like how all the buildings separate . The room doors face the outside, but there is an elevator. The room decor is very beautiful and the rooms are very spacious and clean. I just wish the hotel was all connected and inside one building , but that’s just my personal preference. The price for the stay was great during off season. You do hear noise from outside and kids running around. There was also a lot of construction next door that kept me up during the……

“This was a great little place for my boyfriend and I for spring break! It’s right in the downtown and everywhere we wanted to go was walking distance. The owners were very nice and replied very efficiently, very accommodating with letting us park in the lot even though we arrived early for our reservation, and letting us add on a late checkout. It was nothing fancy but was clean, affordable, and worked perfectly for what we needed at a good price! ”

“The location was great, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly. There was a slight miscommunication regarding extra towels, but that was no big deal. The only complaint is about the parking. We arrived mid-week and it wasn't a problem. However, after spending the day away on Friday, we returned in the evening to no parking. After circling around for 20 minutes we we able to find a spot. Its annoying to pay $10 a day for parking and find none. We asked about it the following morning……

“Yes the property is pet friendly! The rooms are clean beds are very soft and u can tell the sheets and bedding are clean to sleep under! The pool is great my kids got to take a dip even tho it wasnt in season (only by a week) so they're really kid friendly as well!!”
