“Had to make several trips downstairs to get the key fixed so that I could get into the door. The Internet did not work come to find out the next morning that the wrong password was given to me from the nu clerk plus we weren’t in the original room that we were supposed to be in the room was clean. The amenities really weren’t worth it.”

“Run as fast as you can! The motel is disgusting and mold infested. The furniture was in poor repair, the sink had old dried toothpaste stuck to the sides, and the walls are paper thin. We ended up not staying and left. Truly disturbing that this is even available.”

“The Shuttle drivers were excellent, as were most of the staff we encountered. It was a nice historic hotel and had a nice atmosphere. Disappointments however were that there was no breakfast service the two days we were there...and no Spa opportunity on Tuesday because the Spa was closed Tuesday. We were shuttled to a wonderful place for breakfast both days (Corner Cafe). I would recommend the Hotel find some way to offer breakfast 7 days a week as well as Spa service for people staying on a……

“Very close to Saratoga Springs racetrack, although you can’t walk from there. The property is dated but well maintained and very clean. Our suite was very large and quiet.”

“This was a basic facility no dining room. The staff did change my booking from a two queen beds to a king size because I was the only occupant. ”
