“The staff is nice. Recommendation for improvement: the rooms need blackout curtains. The window does not filter the noise outside.”

“I am not used to rooms not being carpeted. But the linoleum was bubbling up in the middle of the walking path. The room is what I would expect from the location. I wasn't expecting a 5 star resort. But for what is was it's what I expected. The breakfast was very basic, and only had 3 tables which were taken, So I ate in my room. But all in all not bad from what I expected.”

“Room is clean. Noisy location. Very close to rail road. Train whistle early morning, but convenient for breakfast with MC-Donald. Little-bit tide parking area. Not enought shampoo provided need to request.”

“No me gustó nada del alojamiento, las habitaciones no se limpiaban hasta que no te ibas del hotel, por lo tanto hasta hoy no limpiaron, había cucarachas, paredes desconchadas, tenías que pedir las toallas y el papel en recepción y me miraban mal no se si a otros tambien, y nos dejaron una nota amenazando de llamar a la grúa porque no tienen plazas de parking suficientes, y ayer la respuesta fue si no hay parking aparcar fuera, muy mal servicio y trato a los clientes”

“Staff was incredibly rude to me when I approached and asked about the amenities and shared with her that this room and property were not at all what I expected. There was not one amenity in the room. The night stand table didn't work, the towels were old, worn out and small. The bedspread had cigarette holes, there was a beer can under the bathroom sink, We left as it was truly substandard and we were not about to stay there. There were prostitutes in the back parking lot and I think this hotel……

“The hotel employees are very friendly and efficient. The perfect facilities of the hotel made the staying comfortable. The spa pool is my most favorite. There is a Vons across the street with some little restaurants around. I’ve recommended the hotel to my friends.”
