"What a great place and service. The amenities are amazing. I did not think the restaurant meal was to the level to the quality of the hotel and there were no alterations possible, they told me it's all pre-made ready to be done the way it's meant. I'm a nursing mother so I can't have spicy and had couple kiddos w me so it would be helpful to be able to get just a simple protein made for them. A printed menu in the room would be helpful (even tho I know it's so last century:-) Thanks to all the front desk staff for being welcoming and supportive of me arriving w children. I travel for business all the time and felt like this was a top notch service. Thanks!!"

"Perfect. Was so glad I stayed here instead of the property around the corner where I was for a conference and which as 3x more expensive. I love the antique Otis elevator but did have a hard time using it. It took me some time to realize that there are two elevators. Would love to stay here again!!!"
