“Beautiful place! Breakfast was not as we expected, for such an upscale hotel. TV in the room was not working properly. It had to be rebooted and once it just went off. Maintenance was very helpful, though. And we didn't watch much TV anyhow. But overall it was very nice and we would go again. ”

“The only negative was we booked the room with a hot tub. Which was extra and it was not made available to us. There was 7” of snow on top of the cover and the tub itself was iced all around it, so would not be able to remove the cover. It should have been checked before our arrival to make sure it was able to be used. A disappointment for sure.”

“I loved everything about my stay. I thought that I would be in a tree house from the pictures, that was my only disappointment.”

“The view was wonderful. We were on the 2nd story of #1. It was quiet, had a fire place, jacuzzi tub, full studio. Only snafu was we were supposed to receive an email from expedia with the code. There was a number to call at the property so it all worked out.”
