The house was absolutely beautiful and always had exactly what was needed- an extra tablecloth, an immersion blender, sharp kitchen knives, etc! Local recommendations from Gem were all spot on as well. A glorious stay!”

“What a fabulous find in St Andrews! This is a lovely property in a great location - easy walk to town. Beautifully decorated, all the comforts, including heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Kitchen has everything you need if you don't want to walk to nearby restaurants. Parking is very nearby. Great communication from host”

“We have been coming to this area once or twice a year for 23 years. My son and his family, live in the area. We are from the United States. We prefer the self catering rather than the bed and breakfast type places because we are jet lagged and tend to sleep in. We also don’t eat a large breakfast. So this type of stay allows us to not bother our family and we have all the comforts of home. It also serves as a home base so we can have day trips and have a place to come back to and rest. “Amazing hotel. We had a wonderful stay. The restaurant at the clubhouse was superb with stunning views (lovely that the shuttle takes and picks you up). The bell team charged our electric vehicle which was very convenient. The breakfast was wonderful with excellent choices. Our spa massages were superb. Golf will be on our agenda next time since the courses look great (we played St Andrews this visit). ”

“The location was fantastic with great views of the ocean and it was a quick walk into town. Pam was a great host and very helpful and her breakfast menu was varied and tasty with lots of options. The house aand room were very well maintained and you could sit in the front yard (which was also lovely) and have a cuppa and enjoy the views. The only slight negative was the size of the room..a little small for our luggage but we managed. Apart from that I would highly recommend it for a stay at……
