The room had a comfy bed, good air conditioning and was well maintained. The lighting outside the room often wasn’t working, which made it impossible to see the door to my room. A good buffet breakfast.
Great to return to the NH. This is a very convenient place to stay. Close to the city center, nightlife, restaurants etc but not too close which means it is very quiet. Lovely staff who are very helpful.
Clean and it was a walking distance to several stations to the airport.

There were some random items in the hallway on the 9th floor which made it look like it was under construction? Outside of that, it’s a nice hotel, staff was generally nice and helpful, I’d stay here again.
Excellent weekend stay in a beautiful modern hotel with tasteful decor and fantastic staff who were both helpful and very friendly. The hotel is located a short walk from Central train station and just outside a tram stop. First visit to the city and this hotel has left a lasting positive impression.
We were able to check in early and checked out late for free. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing too. Would definitely stay again
My second time staying here and had another great experience. The staff were very accommodating, the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, and the tran is a 2-minute walk away. Highly recommend!
The hotel premises are nice, rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. Only issue is the location: after 8-9 pm, all nearby restaurants and cafes are closed, and the city center takes 25 minutes to walk. Thou, the train station to dH north is an easy walk if you are willing to take the train.
First of all, the hotel does not have AC despite what Expedia chatbot says. The staff were nice enough to bring us a portable one to ease of the heat wave.
Second, it's a very nice hotel in a good location but does not have a business centre that you could work from so I had to work in restaurant or lobby as I was working there every night for around two weeks.
Third, daily housekeeping service was not very good, we had to keep asking for fresh towels, asking front desk to refill tissue boxes and empty soap dispensers.
Overall, good place for the price if you're staying for a few days. The breakfast buffet was good and worth the extra charge and I love that I saw less privileged people coming in after breakfast time was over instead of wasting the food.
