“Booked a king size bed on Expedia and when I got to the hotel after waiting 20 minutes for the one person in front of me to get checked in they told me they had no king size bed rooms and couldn't refund me because I booked through Expedia and not them.
This is also the only hotel that I've ever been to that didn't have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I will definitely not be staying here again when I go back to Hershey. ”

“Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet.
We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed.
