「The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. Whether it was for local recommendations on food, booking a tour, drying clothes or preparing a snack. They were all super helpful. The location is right in the middle of a busy hutong and very confident.」

「Nice hotel, very spacious room, a small rooftop pool and extremely friendly staff. We really got all the help we needed from them and they were very kind the whole stay. Would highly recommend staying here. 」

「quality fits the price, not so good, but sure OK, good location with 5 minute walk to the subway station, in a small alley, very quite」

「friendly staff and close to many tourist attractions.」

「地理位置很好，樓下就是地鐵和機場快綫！員工很友善及幫忙！不過房間略舊，不過清潔得很好！」

「We originally booked the most cheapest one, however, the room is really so small that you can not even open your luggage. The size is ridiculously small to a point that is quite unreasonable (the hotel picture made it sounds like still has some space but in reality, thats really no space at all). Fortunately, the reception staff was super nice and helpful. Show us all the vacant room available that in coming 4 night and let us pay extra to switch into another room. The other room is much more...

「Pictures lie」

「I forgot to clean the room, but they responded immediately. I think it's good that you are very kind. It was very inconvenient that the taxi didn't go to the front of the hotel in the back of the narrow alley.」

「Very comfortable, convenient location. The staff were very accomodating! I would stay again!」

「The staff was the best this hotel had . The rooms are ok but don’t expect a safe box in your room for your valuables because there is none . The day I checked in the inside of my closet was wet with water my clean clothes got wet still don’t know why the air inside of my closet was wet . There are not proper water facilities only one washer and 3 dryers they did not work properly. The location was good many restaurants. Staff lack of English skills was a problem for me .」

「Muy increible lugar, super bien ubicado. Lo recomiendo 100!」
