「Was welcomed to our room where many dead and alive ants were present in our “clean” room... The amount of both had our family disgusted as the receptionist told us how ants are at her house too instead of the issue of them being in our pricey hotel room. Moved to a new room where the air conditioner was faulty and floors just dirty. Maintenance guy was super helpful and understanding. Contacted Expedia asking if we had the option to go elsewhere but they contacted the hotel who ensured they...

「Room was satisfactory. Folks at the front desk were terrific! Friday’s breakfast left something to be desired; the coffee was especially questionable. Saturday’s breakfast was much better. I still did not drink the coffee, though.」

「The location of this property was great, on the perimeter of downtown Portsmouth which is a wonderful little city. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, both for good selection and the taste. My biggest complaint is that it was very noisy in my room. The AC unit is the loudest I've ever heard. A few times I thought it was a nearby train when it started running. Also the people in the room above me woke me up at 1 AM doing something. I didn't hear voices...
