I think all houses in the area were struggling with this because of the recent flood! Besides that sitting downstairs was wonderful by the pool! The owner let us check in early which was amazing and greatly appreciate it! This was our second time staying at this house and we would highly recommend it!! "

"We had a wonderful stay with our 4 kids and 2 adults. We had more than enough room. The house is extremely well-stocked with everything you will need in the kitchen, as well as plenty of games, paddle boards, pickle ball and ping pong equipment. Even though the water conditions were poor the week we went given recent floods, we had plenty to do. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and we spent lots of time on the pickleball courts and playing ping pong. Our teen boys also loved the fitness tower amenity right behind the house. The house is conveniently located to go into Kingsland, Burnet or Marble Falls. We would definitely book again! "

"We loved the home, its brand new, in a great location and well equipped overall. However, vacasa, that manages the property was really poor in terms of communication. I called/texted several times to get us an early check because we were there earlier then 4pm (check in time) and even though there was no one(not even cleaning crew) in the home when we arrived, they kept telling us to wait for a text between 12pm - 3pm, which by the way we never received. So if you need anything after you book or while you are there, you will go through their customer service line and talk to a different team member every time and not get a direct answer. We have booked several homes through VRBO in the past and typically there is someone locally who you can get in touch with right away if you need anything. The code for the main gate to the neighborhood, which closes after a certain time at night, was never given to us and if it wasn't for the going out gate being broken, I don't know how we would have got back in late.We left an item in the house and I had to wait for over two days to get any answer from them and have had to keep following up on my end. They finally found my item and I'm waiting for communication from their "local team" to get an update on shipping. "
