“Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟”

“We had a lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed, a bonus was the beautiful views of the river through the wide full height windows. Only downside was the lack of a cooked breakfast which is not available. There isn’t a table in the room so we had to sit on the single chair and blanket box to eat the cereals provided, not ideal when you want to fortify yourself for the SWCP walk. They also didn’t service the room which meant we had to wash the cereal bowls and cups in the bathroom sink……

“The property was very well maintained and equipped. Beautifully decorated and lovely enclosed outdoor area for our dog to play. The only downside was that the water flow was pretty inconsistent and it was very hot weather so a bigger fan would’ve been great as it gets very hot. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.”

“This B&B was well located to explore the area. The room was sufficient and comfortable for a 2 night stay and there was enough free parking and restaurants round about which helped make the stay easy.”

“A nice hotel in quiet surroundings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was a nice addition to our stay. Only drawback was it was a distance from the seafront - a long walk up and down hills. Local taxi service was good though and relatively cheap. Breakfast was good with some nice specials to order if you didn't fancy the buffet.”

“The breakfast was very good, hot and fast. Full English and all the other items on the buffet you could possibly want with very attentive, polite staff.”

“Overall our room is excellent with the harbor view from the room window. A minor point, the water vessel in the Nespresso Coffee machine was leaking. It will be nice for the staff to check before guests arrival, we didn't use it in the end but reported it. It is a shame but I can always get a good coffee from the cafe near by.”
