Lovely little cottage in perfect position next to a beautiful lake yet still so close to the beautiful Praa sands beach. Lovely big summerhouse right by the lake to use. Only a few miles drive into Porthleven for great restaurants or Helston for a supermarket shop.

We love this area, be sure to visit kynance Cove and there are plenty of wonderful pubs in nearby Porthleven for dinner and a pint.
