“Makes sure to arrive before 5pm when office open. Says 6pm on paperwork. No map to show how to get to back of building especially when dark and raining. 2 bedroom unit spacious with good views in distances. Nice restaurant next door. Walking distance to park and river. Air conditioning a little temperamental. Friendly receptionist”

“For the price we paid should have been 5 star. Recliner chair old and leather peeling off. Needs a cloths dryer as it rained for 4 out 5 days nowhere to dry cloths. Apart from a few small things was a great place on the beach. Needs some love.”

“Very friendly at check in. Nice and very clean Studio Unit, very secure property with gates. Breakfast is served between 5am & 7am (bit early for us), we were delivered a nice continental breakfast on one day, so all other days we went out and got brunch. The only day we ate here was our last morning, full cooked breakfast was there, but had obviously been sitting for an hour and a half, so scrambled eggs were a bit dry. Tea & coffee supplied when you arrive, but only enough for a couple of……

“The apartment was not clean milk and food left in the fridge milk was sour dirty dishes in the dishwasher cups were dirty floors filthy we were willing to wash the floors asked for bucket and mop nothing turned up no dishwasher detergent one tea towel sugar in a bowl in the cupboard which was solid very disappointing for the price carpet was stained and dirty”

“The property is well situated near to the city center and is well maintained. We were disappointed to find that our allocated parking space was occupied by a previous tennant's vehicle and we were then directed to a difficult to access bay. There was no physical reception and we luckily contacted the manager by phone. The property description listed "access to a pool". Never did find that! The cleaning staff were friendly and kept us well provisioned. ”

“The apartment is owned by The Perfect Host and he lived up to that name. It was beautifully furnished, the en-suite was spacious, AC in all rooms and a large balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for Gladstone. And all at a very reasonable price. Well done, Ian.”

“The staff were wonderful and obliging. We had a funeral at 100 pm We arrived 1130 not expecting our room To be ready but they organised the cleaning staff and we were in by 1200pm changed and hone to funeral by 1220. Thankyou do Much we really appreciate your efforts 😊”
