“Clean room, very helpful staff. Overall a very positive experience except that a rat ran across the parking lot from the smokers area into the bushes while we were standing there waiting for a cab to take us to dinner at about 6:30 pm. Kind of made me wonder…..”

“Fantastic stay, well worth the money, great hosts and delicious breakfast.! We turned up early before the official Checking in time so we were going to find out about parking and come back later however the room was nearly ready so while Pauline welcomed us,  Dave finished getting the room ready, by the time we had chosen our breakfast options we had the keys to the room. Parking is available on their driveway or in the bays on the street for a limit time and there is also a carpark near by, we……

“AC didn’t work properly. I asked front desk to fix it. They said they turned the fan to full but that’s all they could do (didn’t make a difference). Offered me a desk fan as well. It was cold outside and sweltering in our room. Did I mention the windows don’t open?”

“Everything here was done with care, attention and pride. Such generous hosts with really good quality drinks in the room. Breakfast was so good with lovely mixed good quality berries and fruits. Cooked breakfasts were to order. Amazing quality for a budget price. ”
