"I’ve stayed here almost a dozen times, and it’s always a clean, safe place especially for how cheap it is! Plus with Freddy’s and Starbucks right next store, you can walk to yummies all day! "

"This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at the Comfort Suites in Barstow CA. It consistently is a great stay in terms of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. I feel safe when I stay here. The breakfast is great with lots of variety and they serve it early which is great as I like to leave really early and stop around 2-3pm when I am driving from the East to the West coast. There are lots of dining options within walking distance including Chipotle which is where I ate this time. I find it easy to walk my dogs and let them potty in the areas in the front of the hotel. There is some trash in some places- but for the most part the grounds are really clean. I am traveling by myself with two dogs and would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers like myself. "

"The staff was over and above, kind and helpful. Can't say enough good things about the staff. We got VIP treatment. Parking was easy. Room was clean and had plenty of space. The body wash and shampoo smells wonderful! Checkout was a breeze. Hot chocolate was great, available at check-in and during breakfast -- probably throughout the day. Breakfast sitting space was a little tight. But the food was good. A little more limited than the last breakfast buffet we had at a different hotel, but plenty to eat and a decent variety. For the price we paid it was totally worth it."

"Spacious room with microwave and mini fridge. Friendly front desk staff. There is some freeway noise that carries over, but of all the hotels in the area, this one seems like it has the least traffic noise. I had a room facing the outlets/freeway; I think a room facing the other direction (onto Lenwood Road) would be more quiet. Breakfast is basic and mostly carbs, but there were scrambled and hardboiled eegs, pork sausage and potatoes. For the carb lovers there are DIY fresh waffles."
