“There was no hot water at the property. No sugar or milk was available on arrival. Owner was contacted multiple times on however messages were being read but no response. The staff tried to assist however as the owner was not available they were limited with what they could do.a refund was also requested for part of the stay due to the issues however the owner again did not respond”

“This hotel claims they do not operate through Expedia, arrived at hotel late at night and they claimed to have no record of my booking despite funds having been taken by Expedia (Owner claims he has been trying to get the hotel removed from Expedia for the last 2 years??). “I was not able to stay here. The hotel was not where it said it was and did not exist. I tried to contact Expedia but just got circular bot garbage and disconnection. Finally Expedia just ghosted me. Never did they offer any other accommodation or my money back. And once disconnected, even though they knew definitively I could not stay there, it was though my problem vanished, and they made no further effort to compensate me in any way.
