“3rd stay. Has been excellent each time”

“We visited shortly after the "Grand Opening," but the property felt incomplete. Our room had unpainted drywall on the ceiling and unfinished wood trim. Functional details were also missing: there were no outlets near the desk for a laptop or the provided lamp, no in-room coffee machine, and no wine opener available at the room bar or front desk. The check-in process was frustrating. Despite a 9:00 PM door-lock policy, no one was watching for our arrival as promised. We had to call the front……

“Very nice clean room, room service was excellent. Really needs to keep the coffeeshop open later then Noon. Even at a conference people want speciality coffee”

“Super clean. Good location. Bar and restaurant staff wanting. Not attentive, or not there, and no idea what going on at times. Room not made up, even after asking. Desk staff very friendly, but some gaps in the rest. Saturday breakfast a bust as had no cheese or eggs.”

“Rooms on bottom floor get to listen to the click clack of wheels across tile. Laundry room is located in the middle of rooms and cleaning staff is very loud. NOT conducive to rest. Continental breakfast is a joke and coffee is WEAK. ”

“Clean, pool, fitness center and breakfast were good. Room had a very awkward layout with loud spring bathroom door at foot of beds and was tinted, when family member went to bathroom in night it was noisy and bright in the room!”

“Beautiful little sweet. Very very clean. Great location. Used to get to felt very safe. All the conveniences were needed. The only downside is that they really could upgrade the bed. It was uncomfortable and probably needs a new mattress, but not enough that we wouldn’t stay here for a night again if we come back for another concert”
