“YOU MUST STAY! I went with my husband, son, his wife, their 10yo son and 3yo daughter. We had a second floor bedroom and a third floor bedroom. The bedrooms (3 floors), tea/coffee room, all bathrooms, additional sitting rooms and basement (full functioning kitchen, rec room, laundry and bathroom) were all clean and tidy. They were renovating, so the porches were a bit messy from supplies, but still relaxing and comfortable. There was a firepit outside. They had complimentary coffee, hot……

“Very clean room and building. Guest laundry was cheap and clothes dried on one cycle. Less than quarter mile from grocery store and scenery was beautiful”

“The place was very accessible to shopping and tourist areas like High Falls Gorge and Whiteface Mountain. Breakfast was good. The only thing we didn’t like was the shower since the water from there flows right into the toilet. No clearcut divided except for the curtains. Other than that, our stay was great.”

“Room was very nice and amenities were excellent. Microwave and fridge/freezer - very nice. Huge Samsung TV which required some effort to figure out how to navigate the channels, but after that I enjoyed the channel options and the picture quality. Some written instructions would have been nice. Ditto for the a/c remote but I didn't really need it. Room was very clean except the bedside table seemed to have a couple of sticky bits, not a big problem. The texted instructions on how to access……

“I received text messages ahead of my stay and once we arrived and responses very timely. The property was clean and the rooms were nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking was easy. I would stay again.”
