"This property is gorgeous and has a lovely lake view. Just ideal to enjoy the lake and the area. The home is modern, well built and the host has thought of every little detail. The location is also perfect and with great access to many vineyards, eating places, shops, the lake and everything you could need to enjoy Keuka lake.It made for a perfect getaway and we will definitely be back."

"My family had a wonderful reunion at this beautiful location. We loved the beach area! The owner was very responsive to questions. But the driveway is no joke. If you have members of your family who are disabled in any way, they may not be able to make it into the house. The only car that was able to make it up the driveway was a RAV4"

"The Meritage is a very nice lakefront cottage in an excellent location for every place we wanted to go. It was clean, comfortable and stocked with what we needed. Fun sitting in front of a nice fire in the fire pit lakeside and in the adirondack chairs at the end of the dock with good visibility up and down the lake as well as across to the Bluff. We truly enjoyed our time on Keuka at this cottage."

"The property was excellent on the inside. The outside pictures are misleading since we encountered very high weeds and grass surrounding the property and entrance to the deck. We were instructed to place trash in appropriate bins under the deck which we contacted the rental manager and sent pictures of the weed mess. It gives a very bad appearance to a nice home. The upstairs deck and the inside was perfect and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Living room furniture and bed were very comfortable."

"Clean and cozy! We struggled with some of the "smart house" style features, but that was fun once we figured it out. A couple of the features didn't work. Owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. With cleaning fees and so forth it was pricey for the one night we stayed, a longer stay would balance that out."
