「Overall, it was a comfortable stay. It is conveniently situated at the union square, just minutes away by walk to most of the touristy areas. Lots of cousine in the neighbourhood. Ubers, Waymo are all easily available. And musical playhouse is just across the street in 50m!!!!! Bathroom is spacious which is especially good for families with kids. 」

「The front desk staffs are very nice, always welcome you back to the hotel. The housekeeping is kind of slow, when we come back around 4PM, the room still not clean yet, but they very willing to change the bath towels and give you the supplies you need. At all, we happy about staying at this hotel, and we willing to book this one when next time we visit SF.」

「Incredibly friendly and helpful front-desk and housekeeping staff. Would answer my queries and accommodate my requests as best as they could. Convenient location: close to the Union Square, Powell Bart/Muni Station and the San Francisco Center (an AMAZING shoppers' paradise). Room is clean and well-kept. 「Clean and spacious room—we stayed in a Queen Room with Bay Windows. The bathroom was large with great water pressure, and the location is excellent. Definitely a great place to stay again when we return to San Francisco. 」

「I was very disappointed with my stay. The elevator was out of service during my entire visit, which made carrying luggage up and down the stairs extremely inconvenient, and the stairs were difficult to walk on. I stayed for three nights and the bedding was never changed — it was only slightly straightened, and sometimes even the trash was not taken out. The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. Overall, the experience was far below my expectations, and I would not stay here again.」

「Clean room Great staff. Great Cheese and wine hour! Had such a great time in hotel never made it out to Santa con. Vintage like hotel. Area outside of hotel not so nice but that’s what to expect of any hotel in union square area. Would recommend and stay here again」
