"We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and ideally located near public transport in a nice neighborhood. The staff are wonderful and made us feel right at home. Our room was well-equipped and felt spacious for Tokyo. Breakfast (sandwich or granola) with coffee is basic but a good enough start for a day of tourism. Highly recommended!"

Easy to navigate to from the airport.
5min walk to all entrance to Asakusa train line.
Close to 4 attractions we wanted to visit.
Plenty of restaurants and cafes surrounding the area, plus 7 11 and family mart across the street.
The hotel room was smaller then what we are used to but was the expected size.
Public bath on site which we didn't use as it was not tattoo friendly but there are plenty here that allow tattoos.
Lots of personal supplies available...

"The staff here is amazing. They are very thoughtful and accommodating. The hostel itself is in an older building. It has 2 common areas and a rooftop. The Kuramae district is walking district to Asakusa district where you can visit the Senso-Ji temple and enjoy street food and restaurants. The metro is right there as well. The Akihabara district is a 20 minute walk. The Namco Bandai museum is only a few blocks away. "

"Clean, comfortable stay. We stayed in a double tatami room and it was more spacious than other tatami rooms at two other Tosei hotels. We particularly enjoyed the top floor sento. The baths were not very big but it had everything : sauna, cold plunge. The night time noodles are undercooked and not very tasty. I'd skip that. The hotel location is excellent. Right next door to a Hibiya line exit. "
