「After being closed for remodeling and opening 1 week from our arrival I was very impressed. The beds were very comfortable the air conditioners worked to good. Only issue is they had no refrigerators to keep our drinks cold, no ice machine and went down for the complimentary breakfast and there was nothing. They are still working out all the bugs from just reopening.」

「Chad at the front was AMAZING. Had to change rooms; first room had rust in the sink, windows were dirty and smudged, hair on the shower walls, filthy and smelled horrible. 2nd room was slightly better; cleaner bathroom and room in general. For over 400 rooms, one laundry unit and dryer was broken. Had to go 3 miles to wash clothes at the laundromat. No bathroom ventilation. Only one bath towel and one pool towel for a booked room set with 5 guests. No body wash in the shower. Stucco peeling off...

「The property was beautiful, very clean and we loved the welcoming surprise congratulating us on our wedding. From the heart shaped and scattered rose petals and the towel swans to the card, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Perfect! Highly recommend!」

「The small cabin we booked was very intimate & cozy. It is located approximate to Alexandria Bay with very easy access to the rest of the Seaway Trail. Only thing of question was the bed was a little soft & the bathroom a little tight for a guy my size. We definitely enjoyed our stay overall!」
