"My husband and I stayed in Kay's studio for 4 nights in January. It was convenient to town and to the orienteering events we attended near the Slot canyon in the park. The studio was clean and had everything we needed and Kay was the perfect host. Her two dogs were friendly and fun."

"I booked this property for myself, my teenage son, 2 friends and their teenage children for a sports tournament nearby. The house was dirty with hair in the bathroom and mold on the walls and there was garbage scattered in the backyard. The neighborhood was noisy until close to midnight both nights of our stay, despite the noise ordinance and our call to the Property Contact. This property sleeps 6, not 9, as advertised. "Nice location and facilities, comfortable and quiet room. The property is beginning to show some wear and tear in terms of stucco corners, stucco wall damage, especially on the lower levels. There seemed to be a lot of staff on the grounds using their iPhones, not working that hard, yet some areas seemed unclean such as the elevators, and remained dirty during our whole 3 day stay.
