“We got there late but they got us promptly checked in the gentleman behind the desk. That evening was really friendly. The next morning I watched an irrational customer being sectionally rude to the guy who happened to be behind the desk that morning who took it all in stride. It's very friendly and tried to be accommodating. The breakfast was okay. Normal fair for a hotel. Rooms were clean.”

I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. “I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

“Scent sensitive people, beware. They use scented detergent on their linens, if you're sensitive to that kind of stuff. The staff was great at fixing my issues, but I took a refund and left after one night. When I arrived, the common area and the room was over 80 degrees. It took hours and several phone calls to work through the issue. I was moved to another room but the heat issue persisted. It wasn't until 3 am that the room finally got to 70 degrees. Also, I carry a white noise machine because……

“One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the excellent breakfast and food ratings. I’m sorry to say that the Breakfast buffet was terrible. Cut up fruit was not fresh and had a bad tangy taste to it. The berry compote didn’t even look fresh. I ate a fresh tangerine instead. Shedded cheese had white mold on it. I requested fresh cheese and it was much later replaced with more moldy cheese. We waited a long time for scrambled eggs that tasted like liquid flavorless out of a bag……

“Hall carpet had holes in it, I’ve had better breakfasts at other Hampton I have stayed at, bed extremely hard and pillows extremely flat. Just not like my stays at other locations. ”
