Try as you might to resist, on a winter's day it is hard to go past a warming spiced cider containing all this stuff and more. Personally I enjoyed discovering the plump warmed sultanas and raisins at the bottom of the mug. Who said it needed to be dignified getting/slurping them out? This stop near Grove in the Huon Valley is full of history about apple growing for which Tasmania is famous - hint .. 'The Apple Isle' - a great restaurant, a museum, and now a distillery visible through a glass wall. It's a great out-of-town location with more to explore in the region.
