The natural fountain in the Saratoga springs. The water is rich in minerals like iron and sulphur which is deposited and that accounts to the naturally formed porous rock. The hues in the rock are due to the different minerals from the spring water. With green covered trails and soothing water from the creek it was a refreshing sight for me to cherish forever.
Visited with friends and hiked around Peebles Island State Park with our dog Bodie. This trip is part of Bodie's Bucket List Trip.
Toured Saratoga National Battlefield. The cannons were aimed at Burgeon's troops trying to travel both land and water routes along the Hudson River in September and October 1777.
