「Very poor and expensive food at their restaurants. It was horrible and they do not know how to prepare local food including veg and non veg. We had to find other restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner. They need to get some good cooks/chef from Kerala if they want to provide good service to their customers」

「I had booked for a single room for 2 adults - me and my wife and for one kid - my 8 year old daughter. I saw the rate - accommodation and buffet twice a day...on online and made the payment. While checking in at hotel, I was informed that the room is booked only for 2 adults and had to pay 2k as meal charges for my daughter.」

「We went for this place to enjoy the beach, beach resort - this was a wellness spa and the beach is messed up with port construction- a massive part of the beach is gone. They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. 「The hotel is built on a hill, space is not wide but well designed. Room is nice, but sometimes the smell from the bath room spread into the bed room. Hotel location is good, only 4 minutes can reach the beach. The worst drawback is the breakfast, selection is very poor .」
