「Great room, staff, breakfast. They want you to enjoy your stay and are friendly and helpful」

「We had a horrible experience where there were either guests or non guests making such noise the entire night. It was not clear if they were right outside the property or in a room but it went on for hours and they sounded threatening. I would not stay here again as I was concerned about even reporting the problem based on what I was hearing. There is no possible way the front desk could not hear also what was happening. I maybe slept for two or three hours.」

「The breakfast was good. Juice was not watered down. The blind on an inside door was broken into several pieces. We had to leave it pulled up. & One of the drawers was also broken. We didn't need to use it, but it came apart when we opened it. The bed was comfortable. So, that was the biggest plus. We had been told it was the nicest room in the motel (not by the motel management), but, I don't think it was. Room 101 is the room we stayed in.」

「One night family stay, bathroom fan wouldn’t turn off, sink faucet handle hits mirror above when using it, noticeable stain in middle of chair cushion, large dent in wall, bedroom curtain coming off of track. No ramp in front of hotel entrance. Need to carry luggage up onto curb. Expected a better maintained hotel. Staff was friendly.」

「The location is great very centralized but the hotel room was very dirty. The floors were dirty, the bedding was dirty, the bathroom was not even cleaned. I had to throw away a used feminine product that was on the floor when i entered the bathroom. The room also smelled like cigarettes. The towels that were placed in the hotel room were still slightly moist, i imagine from a wash. And for some reason, there was blood everywhere, bedding, walls and everything in between. Def not hygenic. The...

「Room was clean. AC wouldn't go below 68, which when it's over 100 degrees outside is a bummer, but it held it's temp okay. The toilet was LOUD after the flush for a solid 2 or 3 minutes. Food was good, staff was pleasant, valet attendees were top notch.」
