“Clean room, nice staff! ”

“Breakfast was good for being included with the price. Good variety of options and some fresh fruits. Katherine is a hard worker. Looked like she was the only person keeping up with the buffet which was a busy place with all the construction workers from a nearby project. I would recommend this hotel. Thanks for the easy and pleasant stay ”

“Every aspect of our stay at The Hampton Inn & Suites, Lynchburg, Virginia was top notch. The Staff were very professional as well as polite and helpful. Front Desk gets an A+ and Danial from Maintenance was terrific. Breakfast was better than most restaurants with lots of healthy choices, but the omelets and sausages were our favorites. Even the coffee was great. We come to Lynchburg for family events, and we've now found a great place to stay. I spent 15 years working with the Hospitality……

“Our room was very clean. The bathroom could have used a good deep clean. The grout and bath tub was a little grimy. Our pillows were not comfortable. They barely had anything in them. Breakfast was yummy. The sausages were not warm enough. The coffee cups were very cheap and the lids did not fit. I took a drink and it spilled all over my shirt. The staff was friendly but not anything spectacular. We would recommend this place.”

“We had a great stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean. Urine on the toilet when we arrived and used soap and shampoo left in the shower. And the table in the main room had something sticky all over it. Otherwise, great location and excellent staff for check in. ”
