“The staff was nice and helpful, but the cleanliness was a real problem. We checked into our room and we noticed it had mold on the ceiling bathroom, stains on the sheets, hair clumps on the sheets, and a couple of flies buzzing around. The hotel staff kindly gave us a new room after hearing our bed was dirty. Unfortunately, the new room smelled heavily of marijuana, the refrigerator did not work, the towels had stains on them, the mirror was broken off the wall, and we found a cockroach roaming……

“Easy and fast check in and check out. We were passing by the hotel on our way to the event we were in town for and stopped to see if we were able to check in 2 hours early. The staff said our room was available. This was a very big help for my family and greatly appreciated. Breakfast was simple but all items were good quality. Easy check out at 6:00 am.”

“My room was very dirty with gross stains and spills on the quilt. Bathtub/shower had 3 different types of hair- NONE were mine I had to clean the shower before I could take a shower. Told Manager about the bathtub and quilt and that I wanted a new CLEAN quilt. She said no problem. “During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus. “There were a lot of knats/fruit flies in my room. I suspect it was from general humidity and the A/C in my room which was the old kind of wall unit that drew air from the outside and probably had a bit of condensation. I doubt that anything could have been done about it, but it was annoying. There were only 10 channels on the TV - no HBO or movies offered.
