“This is a fantastic property. The location is perfect and New Ross has some interesting sites and great restaurants. This property was very comfortable and extremely well maintained. The bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms excellent. The owner’s agent was welcoming and even had sconces and tea for us. Overall this property is a 10+. We’ll return and recommend to family and friends!!”

“The host provided basics upon our arrival, such as fresh eggs, bread, milk and fruit. She then shared fresh lettuce with us for our first dinner at the property. We did day trips and then relaxed at the property on the patio and had BBQ dinners. Lovely setting!”

“Five friends and I stayed at the Mill House in May 2023. The host, Daniel, was simply a delight to meet and chat with, and gave us some really good recommendations for site-seeing which we were able to use further into our trip. The Mill House is very large, and we loved having the huge kitchen and living areas. The bathrooms were a bit dicey to be honest, but what can you expect in an historic house? “Words cannot describe the absolute serenity of this cottage, from the gardens to the comfortable interior, it truly is our Irish home away from home. Patricia and Roger are wonderful hosts, very helpful and just lovely, interesting people. They really care about their guests. The cottage is conveniently located to so many sites in Southeast Ireland. Even tho we didn't have many "sunny skies", we had one of the best stays ever in Ireland. We will return!!”

“The setting is beautiful. Within driving distance of the major sites. The pictures show the eclectic decor which was such a nice compliment to the accommodations. The kitchen was well equipped and the roomy walk in shower was unexpected but much appreciated.”

Er war zwar sehr bemüht uns bei Problemen zu helfen, aber ein persönlicher Kontakt wäre einfach sinnvoller gewesen. Für Gruppen und Familien sehr zu empfehlen.”

“The place was clean and warm at night. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals during our stay. We had a small issue with a sink and the owners quickly dealt with it and it did not affect our stay. The site says you are in New Ross but you are actually 15 minutes south. This made it a nice location to go to Kilkenny in an hour, Waterford in 35 minutes, and Kilmore Quay in about 40 mintes. We even made the Rock of Cashel in a little over an hour. “This was a very lovely house, however there was an oil leak with a VERY STRONG ODOR !! This odor gave me a headache. The owner was aware of this problem because her son came over shortly after we arrived, said that they would get someone out to repair it but after 4 nights it was not repaired.. The electric tea kettle had so much red liquid sediment in it I was afraid to use it .. The liquid hand soap dispenser was almost empty in the bathroom. No extra toilet paper was provided.”

“Three generations of our family gathered for 4 days at Annamult House. It could not have been a better house for us to enjoy Christmas.
