If you are not a smoker make sure you book a NON-SMOKING ROOM! I believe this hotel is for truck drivers or construction workers who just need an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and nice. There is a Walmart, Dollar Tree, Wawa and other stores close by.

The lady at the desk, Alexis, was very professional, kind, and helpful. She was also very quick and knowledgeable. The room I had was clean as a whistle. The only downside was that there was no soap in the bathroom, however if I had gone and asked I’m sure it would’ve been provided to me. Keep up the good work!

My husband and I had to evacuate due to Hurricane Isaias. With nearly every hotel booked, we had no choice but to stay at Days Inn in Bainbridge, GA. Unfortunately, our experience was absolutely horrible! Upon entering our room, we discovered urine and pubic hair on the toilet, dingy bed linens, and used bar soap and liquid soap left in the shower from previous guests. The room was clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told no one was available to clean the room. How is that acceptable when guests are being allowed to check in? I requested the manager, who was out of town until Sunday. After initially being unable to reach him, he returned my call and promised to send someone to clean the room. The employee who arrived explained that the room was supposed to have been inspected before the previous housekeeper left, but that never happened. To make matters worse, she ONLY cleaned the toilet! The other cleanliness concerns were completely ignored. We were already dealing with the stress of evacuating a hurricane. All we wanted was a clean, sanitary place to rest. There is absolutely NO excuse for these conditions! I am extremely disappointed in the housekeeping standards and lack of accountability. I would NEVER recommend this hotel! Paying guests deserve better!
