Valentine's Night Stay

We were unable to find the remote for the tv in the den area. We also could not get the coffeepot to work even wth the instructions from the book! WE did not receive any feedback from the host after check in or when we were checking out (sent emails and texts). There were not any towels/dishcloths in the kitchen area. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and the house was conveniently located to downtown.

Birthday getaway

Single night stay for birthday - great 1946 renovated home - Honeycomb Haven had a fun theme with bees throughout - comfortable home close to downtown Thomasville - would definitely reserve this home again

Great weekend stay!

Alright…

We came up to stay for a weekend. House was dirty, ceiling fans looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for months, spongy subfloor and loose LVP floors, broken toilet seat, and no toilet paper… if you aren’t used to staying at nice (5 star) resorts/properties you may not be bothered. Cleaning services and attention to the property need to be made more of a priority.

Honeycomb Haven was perfect!

The house was just as shown in the pictures - everything was clean and neat. Beds were comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised with the bath linens! This was our first visit to Thomasville and won’t be the last. Location is perfect- short drive or walk to downtown. Nice yard for our dog - which was honestly the selling point - she’s family, so if we go she goes. :) We will definitely stay at Honeycomb Haven again! *suggestion…a floor length mirror would be a great addition

Updated older home, spectacularly clean and cozy. Few suggestions: a floor length mirror anywhere in the home would be appreciated (only mirrors were in the bathroom and not full length). Water dispenser, a six pack or connected water filtration for fridge would be nice for guests arriving, especially with children. Beds and bedding including pillows were comfortable - I would just recommend a king bed for the main bedroom and double beds in the guest room for guest comfort. Pros: Cleanliness, updated kitchen and bathrooms, close proximity to historic downtown, ease of check-in. Cons: small beds, no drinking water (just the tap), missing floor length mirror.

Much older home that has been completely renovated (especially the kitchen and baths). Cute little place that easily accommodated the 3 of us. Close to “downtown”. Thanks for the stay!

Super cute house in a really cool town. Well appointed and well decorated, this awesome little house is close to downtown Thomasville. Would love to stay again and explore more. The property manager was great!

Weekend Stay

My husband and I stayed for an extended weekend. The cottage was EXACTLY as portrayed in the pictures! I would've packed it up and carried it home with me if I could have. It was by far the cutest VRBO we've ever stayed in.

Lovely Home

This home was phenomenal. Beautiful area, the small town is quite and peaceful. Property management was awesome, allowed us to check in a little earlier and the home smelled and looked so clean upon arrival. Would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Super cute, modern and clean

This is a really cute house. Perfect for 2 people. We loved being so close to all the restaurants in Thomasville, and to have our dogs with us as we’re here to get ready for the spring field trial season.

Adorable place

We enjoyed our stay at Honeycomb Haven, property was exactly as shown and very clean. Location is convenient to downtown. I saw that a guest previously reviewed this property as in a sketchy area and I understand what they were trying to say. I wouldn’t say it’s sketchy but the area has more rundown houses than the main road it’s off of. I never felt unsafe though, and everyone was very friendly. Beds are comfy and we loved the bath towels- pleasantly surprised. My only suggestions to the host would be to provide a drip coffee maker, measuring cups/spoons, broom, and washcloths. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!

The home is as pictured and even better in person! Updated beautifully, extremely comfortable beds. Stayed here during parents weekend at FSU and it was the perfect calm spot to get away from the craziness.

Family time!

This property was great for our trip. The house is beautiful and has everything we needed. The swing on the front porch was my favorite spot! Downtown is great for an afternoon stroll. Make sure to eat at SASS restaurant, the food is delicious!

Nice house but stressful check in

At first I thought this rental was a scam. The owner never sent the key code prior to our check in and when we got there I contacted her to get it but she didn’t respond and the phone went straight to voicemail. After a couple hours we started to look for somewhere else to stay then had to contact VRBO customer service to get the key code. I wish the owner had at least apologized then for the huge inconvenience. The house is updated and nicely decorated but the property wasn’t kept up and the grass was very long which was only an issue with pets and since there isn’t a pathway up to the house. The owner did eventually refund the groceries we had that went bad since we couldn’t check in on time which I appreciate. I loved the house but probably wouldn’t stay again due to the trouble of checking in.

Perfect spot for Thomasville

This place was amazingly charming! 3 adults and a toddler- the space was a great size. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re touring around downtown Thomasville!
