This 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat is part of the award-winning Ball House, a lovingly restored 1900 duplex in Thomasville’s Tockwotton-Love Place Historic District.
Step inside to find original hardwood floors, sunlit historic windows, and plenty of room to relax. The Treehouse includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room. For a restful night’s sleep, all bedrooms feature blackout shades and curtains.
Guests will love unwinding on the private back deck, the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset views. You’ll also enjoy access to the large front porch with a swing and a shared outdoor patio with dining table, grill, and comfortable seating.

Great stay in an exceptionally clean and quaint 2nd story historic apartment, adjacent to main house with scenic views of the neighborhood. Outdoor space was lovely, too. Wonderful location close to shops and eateries. Highly recommend!
