"The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned ..."

"Your staff were very warm, courteous, and helpful. However, the hotel’s décor, furniture, and bathroom tiles are quite tired, with chipped grout and visible wear. The hotel has wonderful charm and character, and a thoughtful facelift could refresh the property while preserving its unique appeal."

"Excellent location. Well equipped with laundry and dish washing machines. A nice surprise when we checked in. Host gave us an emergency ride to an event we booked when we could not get Uber or a cab. Great customer service!"
