「The staff at this hotel were excellent. They were super friendly, super helpful, and invited questions if we had any. The room itself was average. One light fixture was dented, the sink had been cracked in multiple ways and repaired with epoxy or something, there was an ibuprofen and a piece of litter on the floor (so it was obvious it hadn’t been vacuumed carefully after the last customers), and the hair conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. 「We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, usually a great experience. Only issue we had this last time was we were given keys to the wrong room. Another couple walked in while we just got there. Not the end of the world but could’ve ended up being super awkward!」

The room was spacious and the amenities were nice, but the free water next to the ice stations were cloudy and stayed that way.. so I had to purchase a bottle of water from the front desk which was airport priced ($4 for 16oz). 「Virtual staff was super helpful and pretty responsive to all my questions and concerns. A lot to do in the area and less than a 20 minute drive anywhere. Only thing is if you’re a light sleeper bring an eye masks, ear plugs and your own blanket. Love the natural lighting the rooms get but if you’re wanting to sleep in there aren’t any black out curtains and walls are very thin, you can hear everything and the blankets that are provided are pretty itchy and thin.
