"Amazing experience We are coming back "

"The hotel lobby is beautiful and decorated still for th holidays which made it even nicer. Customer service was excellent at the desk throughout our stay. We stayed in an executive suite. It was large, beautiful and very clean with a fridge, tea and coffee facilities and complimentary still water. They provide extra pillows, lots of towels of all sizes and lovely array of bath items (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, shower cap, etc). We were able to keep our bags safely in the hotel after check out while we continued exploring the city. We had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant. The meal was lovely (but a bit over priced). Food and the service was very good. Overall wonderful experience here and would recommend for future travellers. "

"We really enjoyed the location of Hotel Suisse. It is directly across the street from the rail station and easy walking distance to the start of most tours. There are many dining options nearby and lots of sights!"

"We enjoyed 3 nights at this hotel. Overall our stay was excellent. The hotel is very clean, modern & well located being a 15 minute walk from the main train station. This was convenient for us as we did 2 day trips by train to Annecy & Montreux. Our room was very comfortable & surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was very good - no hot options but a good variety of cereals/muesli/granola, toppings, meats, cheeses, yoghurt, breads etc. There are also tea/coffee stations on each floor which is a nice idea but unfortunately the hot water just isn't hot enough. The hotel e trance is located within a sjopping centre"
