"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. "Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this!"
